Fusion’s Delivery Policy
For both standard and express delivery, items will be dispatched on the first working day following the order being placed. We can not take into account adverse weather conditions, postal delays and any other unforeseen circumstances that may delay the arrival of your item therefore our posting dates are guidelines only and not guarantees.
If you are a UK customer our standard delivery charge is £3.50 via Royal Mail or My Hermes and will be delivered within 7 working days. If you have a wardrobe emergency our express UK delivery is £6.99 and will take 1 to 2 working days from time of dispatch via Royal Mail Special Delivery. If you place your order on a Friday, our fast track service will deliver on the following Monday. For fast track orders placed on Saturday or Sunday delivery will be on the following Tuesday. See below for Bank Holiday delivery.

Full Delivery Terms and Conditions
Our standard UK delivery charge is £3.50 via Royal Mail or My Hermes. This will be delivered within 7 working days from time of dispatch. Please ensure that you will be at the delivery address to sign for your parcel.
Our express UK delivery is £6.99 and will take 1 to 2 working days from time of dispatch via Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Our European delivery is by Royal Mail Airsure using special priority handling and costs £11.99 up to 500g. Delivery takes from 7 to 10 days from time of dispatch. You will be advised if your parcel weighs more than this and any additional cost within 48 hours of placing your order.
Our Worldwide delivery is by Royal Mail Airsure and costs £14.99 up to 500g. Delivery takes from 7 - 10 working days from time of dispatch. You will be advised if your parcel weighs more than this and any additional cost within 48 hours of placing your order.
Any customs or import duties charged once the parcel has reached it’s destination must be paid by the recipient. Customs duties vary worldwide, to find out any further information please contact your national customs department.
A signature may be required on receipt. In the event that you are not at home Royal Mail will leave a calling card to advise you of how to receive your parcel.
Delivery to the Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands and Scottish Highlands and Islands may take longer.
We aim to dispatch your item within 48 hours of receiving it your order.
During certain times of the year for example adverse weather conditions, postal delays etc delivery times may vary.
Non Delivery of an Item
Please contact Fusion via email at email@example.com or via phone on 01208 815232 during working hours if your item has not been delivered within 28 days of placing the order. This is the amount of time that is required by Royal Mail to have elapsed before compensation can be claimed. At this time we can then either re-send your item or refund your account.
Out of Stock Items
If any items are out of stock we will either refund you straight away on that portion of the order, advise you when the item will be back in stock or let you know of alternative options available to you so you can advise us what action you wish taken.
Bank Holiday Post
If you order an item on a Bank Holiday weekend the next delivery date for Express delivery is Wednesday. Therefore items posted on Good Friday, or any Bank Holiday Saturday, Sunday or Monday will not be delivered until the Wednesday. Standard post will also be delayed as “working days” do not include any of the Bank Holiday days.
